2、根據(jù)電桿的長度，將盤直的鋼絲截成需要的長度，鋼絲是要做成水泥電線桿的配筋（相當于緯線）。

4、把盤直的鋼絲每根電桿至少8根筋，我們公司為了穩(wěn)固都要求是12根筋（這可是多了不止一根筋，）。同時用細鋼絲盤成羅圈的緯線，環(huán)繞著作為緯線的鋼絲，結合的地方用鐵絲綁牢，這樣在模具中就有了水泥電桿的龍骨。然后用一定比例的水泥澆灌滿。
